For more than 25 years, Vivian has worked in both consulting and executive capacities at all levels of public, private and not-for-profit organizations, including Ernst & Young Management Consultants, CIBC, RBC, Scotiabank, Rogers and BMW.

She’s renowned for transforming and consolidating information from multiple sources into performance support tools and deploying them through a range of formats, from paper to full-social collaboration sites, to match end-user requirements.

She’s also able to draw on her directorial and performing skills to coach corporate leaders and front-line employees in effectively presenting to audiences ranging from 1 to hundreds of people.

Vivian has a combined Bachelor of Arts (Psychology) & Bachelor of Physical & Health Education degree from Queen’s University; and is a Certified Training & Development Professional – Design. She is accredited with Criterion Referenced Instruction, is a HeartMathTM Certified Resilience Coach, and is also a Professor at Toronto’s George Brown College – School of Business where she teaches Selling Financial Services, Advertising & Promotion, Sales & Promotion, Corporate Governance and Career Planning.
